FANDOM FINANCE (fandom.finance) is operated by XOOPLE LABS INC. (수플랩스(주)). Privacy Officer: PARK CHANGHOON (박창훈). Contact: team@fandom.finance.

2. Information we collect

Early access and MCP access requests collect your email, language and, optionally, your role, interests and the AI assistant you use. The partner inquiry form collects your name, company, email, country, inquiry details and preferred language. We also collect limited technical information: user agent and page URL.

3. Purpose

We use this information to send the weekly briefing you applied for, to respond to partner inquiries, and for related communication. We send the briefing only when you opt in.

4. Retention

We retain registration information until you unsubscribe, and inquiry information for up to 3 years after the last communication, or until you request deletion, unless law requires otherwise.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. Our hosting and database provider and email delivery provider process data only to provide their services.

6. Cross-border transfers

Our service providers' servers may be located outside the Republic of Korea. Data is protected through contractual and technical safeguards.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, by emailing team@fandom.finance. Every briefing includes an unsubscribe link.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use only essential browser storage for your language preference and form drafts. We do not use advertising cookies.
